Rules of Conduct

The followings are the basic Rules of Conduct in order to govern behaviors of Users while playing the Ruins of War (hereinafter referred to as "the Game") and using the official website, forums or blog (hereinafter referred to as ˇ°the Websiteˇ±). The following rules provide what Team ROW (hereinafter referred to as "the Team") regards to be unacceptable and illegal conduct. The following rules are not exhaustive or all-inclusive. As such, the Team shall have full discretion to address any unacceptable behavior.

The Team reserves the right to change the rules at any time upon its necessity, and the Team also reserves the right to suspend, permanently ban or terminate your game account at any time for reasons that include, but are not limited to, your failure to comply with these rules of conduct. The Team reserves the right to evaluate each incident on a case by case basis depending upon the severity of the incident.

1. You may not violate the right of others and their rights to play and enjoy the game. You may not defraud, harass, threaten, or cause distress and/or unwanted attention to other users.

2. You may not post or communicate any private information of other users through the Game or the official website.

3. You may not use explicit, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racist or ethnically offensive languages, images or/and contents in the Game or the Website.

4. You may not attempt to impersonate other persons, including but not limited to, Admins, GMs, employees, representatives of the Team.

5. You may not market, promote or advertise anything, or make any other form of solicitation on the Games or through the Website.

6. You may not provide false information or intentionally hiding any information when registering for an account.

7. You may not expect the Team to provide you your account information because you provided false information at registration and later cannot remember.

8. You may not modify any part of the Website, client or server file of the Game.

9. You may not upload or transmit any copyrighted content on the Game or the Website without the expressed prior written permission of the Team.

10. You may not exploit any bugs or game design errors in the Game or communicate the existence of any such bugs to other users.

11. You may not attempt to hack or decipher any transmission to or from the servers running the Game.

12. You may not create, use or distribute any utilities or other software tools related to the Game without the expressed written permission from the Company.

13. You may not spread rumors, negative issues or lies.

14. You may not oppose against the instruction of the Team while playing the Game or on the Website.

15. You may not use any means of unattended gameplay, this includes macros not supported by the Game or mechanical means.

16. You may not Buy, Sell, Trade from one player to another player with CASH using the Website or Game as your trading platform.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU AGREE TO THESE RULES AND WILL ABIDE BY THEM AND KEEP YOURSELF UPDATED OF ANY RULE CHANGES. YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT THESE RULES WILL APPLY TO ANYONE THAT YOU ALLOW TO USE YOUR ACCOUNT AND THAT YOU ARE PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONSEQUENCES (INCLUDING TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT AND DISQUALIFICATION FROM ALL EVENTS HOSTED BY THE TEAM) THAT MAY RESULT IF ANY SUCH PERSON BREAKS THESE RULES.
